Temporary Protected Status
The United States government may designate a foreign country for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) because of country conditions which make it unsafe for it’s citizens to return safely. This is often because of armed conflict (a civil war or international war), because of a natural disaster (such as an earthquake or hurricane) or because of other country conditions such as an epidemic. If a country is designated for TPS, it’s citizens (or stateless people who last resided in that country) may qualify for TPS if they are already present in the United States. Stateless individuals who last resided in the TPS country may also be granted TPS. Once granted TPS and while TPS remains in force for that country, the individual may not be removed from the United States and is eligible for employment authorization (EAD). Call for a confidential consultation with our TPS Immigration Attorney Margaret Miller regarding your eligibility for TPS. Having a skilled immigration lawyer handle your TPS case greatly increases your chances of being approved.

Very kind lawyer!
Margaret represented me in my asylum case and I was granted very fast. She actually knew everything about asylum and got me ready for my interview. She spent a long time interviewing me and a lot of time getting reports about my country. She treats you like you are a real member of her family and it obvious that she cares. This is hard to find in a lawyer these days. If you care about your case and your life, hire this lawyer.
